The L.XL. are a little tight and the XXL fit much better. The downside is that they are not available anywhere. The price is good I guess. I also wish they would make them in this size but without the heavy padding in the front. I use these for bowel irregularities and often wear them backwards because they are uncomfortable with so much padding where I don't need it. Of course they are made with a lot of material in the back to cover the butt but when worn backwards they no longer have that material in the correct area. When worn backwards they are great for increased excretion and keep my sheets dry.

They gave a great deal of protection against leaks especially when we were out and about. Her moving in and out of the car or anywhere she was sitting they didn't slip or slide and protected her. She used to complain about others being uncomfortable and when we switched to Depend brand she no longer mentioned being uncomfortable. I also currently use them for my daughter who has a bed wetting issue. She wears 5hem at night and they keep her bad completely dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bladder leaks happen with me, so I need a good underwear like Depend® FIT-FLEX. I like the style and shape of the product, the underwear moves with me, and doesn't restrain me from any activities performed. There is no slipping or sliding down my backside, like with some similar products on the market. These stay in place. I like the neutral color. The product looks and feels good under my clothing with no noticeable bulk. if I have an accident, this underwear holds all my leaks, no embarrassing moments. This product has good daytime and overnight absorbancy. I haven't had any irritations or chafing from wearing this product, and would definitely purchase it.

I have been using Fit Flex for women for about six months. The "Limited Edition" was a light beige in color and so I tried it. Big mistake, I find that it does not perform as well as the original, peach color ones. The leg holes are too largen and stretch out, the absorbency of the mediums that I usually purchase is not as good and last but not least the barrier film that covers the pad does not last an entire day or night without separating itself from the outer layer. Maybe it is just a quality control issue, but I think they need to go back to the drawing board. Oh, before you start thinking that I am too big for this item let me tell you that I am 5.6 inches tall and weigh 134 pounds and have been using this for a diarrhea problem that I have been having.

The material they are made of is soft and adjusts to the body easily. They are highly absorbent, and wetness can be there, but it's not overwhelmingly so. They are easy to change, and they hold up well under clothing. We've not had any tears or ripping of the material they use to make these. I would recommend this brand, and this product.

I am a short fat man with a 54"waist. Even though your supposed XL fits up to a waist size 60, I feel they a very tight and keep slipping down to my knees. So imagine, I have to have a pair of suspenders to hold up my underwear as well as a pair to hold up my pants. And then when I sit down, it's another sorry sight and feeling! Don't you have a 2XL or larger for us really rotund guys!
