I knew they would be absorbent, but they were also very discreet under my clothing and very comfortable. The stretch sides made these a perfect fit, made them easy to put on and take off, and could hardly tell I was wearing these. No leaks at all.

I got for husband to try and he didn't before time was up, so I sampled. To my surprise they were very comfortable, wasn't bulky feeling, but soft under clothes. Where it stops in the back is a little uncomfortable and you can feel it when you sit. It feels like you are sitting on a line and it is not comfortable. it is quite absorbent and can possibly be a little thicker in my opinion and may possibly help prevent leaks especially when sitting.

With that said, depends products are comfortable, very absorbent and reliable. If I happen to be having a bad day with bladder control I use both depends and poise.

In researching the manufacturer web site they state that the waist band on this item is an inch lower than the Depend Silhouette that comes in pink and blue fabric. I like the elastic of the waist area,on this item, but the lower rise is very uncomfortable. This product would be exceptional if the rise (waist band) was higher. In reading company responses to customers who are complaining about the lower rise the answers say this is the way the product will be ongoing. If customers say it would be more comfortable with a higher waist, why not listen to the customer. I don't want to wear depends with tabs like a diaper. I'm 59, have MS and dress fashionably. The waist below the belly button is ridiculous. The absorbancy is great and the stretch fabric around the tummy area is also great. Please raise the waistband The active fit are also a low rise. Not practical for a mature woman in her 50's to have the waistband well below the belly button.
