You DO NOT need to worry about that with these. They fit great and are not bulky. They also feel good when on, Most importantly they wick away the moisture and keep your skin dry. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These underwear do the job they’re supposed to. Fit me perfectly and feel very comfortable. Also discreet and are the same as normal briefs from the outside. Great option for those who may struggle with incontinence through the day.

In researching the manufacturer web site they state that the waist band on this item is an inch lower than the Depend Silhouette that comes in pink and blue fabric. I like the elastic of the waist area,on this item, but the lower rise is very uncomfortable. This product would be exceptional if the rise (waist band) was higher. In reading company responses to customers who are complaining about the lower rise the answers say this is the way the product will be ongoing. If customers say it would be more comfortable with a higher waist, why not listen to the customer. I don't want to wear depends with tabs like a diaper. I'm 59, have MS and dress fashionably. The waist below the belly button is ridiculous. The absorbancy is great and the stretch fabric around the tummy area is also great. Please raise the waistband The active fit are also a low rise. Not practical for a mature woman in her 50's to have the waistband well below the belly button.

It truly fits snug where need be and is comfortable around the waist and legs. It holds up well as it should and has amazing absorbency and odor control. If you have been looking for a quality product that fits all your needs look no further.

They are good for bladder leakage but not good for bowel leakage.If they were leak proof in the back to the waist they would be a five. They are comfortable and work well in the daytime. For bladder leakage. But at night, they will leak for the same reason padding to short in the back.
