I'm in my mid 50's and unfortunately I'm starting to have some mild incontinence issues. This has been a touchy subject for me and I have had some embarrassing moments. I was starting to not go to social functions and stay at home more. When I received this product to test out, I thought "great, I'm going to have to wear an old person diaper" I had no idea how much things have changed! Depends incontinence underwear for men have been a game changer for me in every way!!! I absolutely love this product. The fit is perfect, they feel so comfortable like I'm wearing regular underwear. Now I go out with confidence, knowing that the Depends will keep me dry and prevent me from having embarrassing leaks while I'm out in the public area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use these Depends for my mother-in-law who moved in with us. She is intermittently incontinent, so we replaced her regular underwear with these. They're really great for keeping her clean and to have for protecting our bedding, clothing, and furniture from getting soiled in case of accidents. The color is nice, and they do control odors, although they do not eliminate them. The reason I did not give this a five-star rating is because of absorbency issues. My MIL was sick and had diarrhea, and the liquid just sat on the surface of the Depend. So when we went to remove it, it spilled all over in the bathroom and on her legs. It's definitely better than not having them as it held the liquid in until we pulled them off. So we also need to figure out a better way to deal with this situation if it happens again, like maybe putting paper towels in before removing it to absorb. Overall, we definitely give it a strong four-star rating.

They have good absorption and are easy to get on/off. Odor control could probably be improved and sometimes some additional absorption could be nice.

I definitely can see how well they keep everything in and does control any odor. I didn’t really smell anything if at all and I tend to have a good nose. I only didn’t like how it felt but it’s understandable.

They allowed me to still go do my daily activities I highly recommend these if u have certain medical conditions that may prohibit you from going in public.
