The underwear does not have a strong smell and does not cause allergies to the skin. As for absorption, it is at the highest level. Very comfortable underwear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product for well over a month and it seems in the last couple of weeks, it has been getting worse, the glue that holds the pade in lets go in the front after a couple of hours, there has been more than once that I have not paid attention and not pulled the pad up so as to cradle my genital to the point that I ended up soaking wet, talk about enbarising especially that I am out on the golf course. I need to find something that gives me more protection.

They are extremely comfortable and stay in place really well. They are discreet and you aren’t able to notice them. Depend has always been my go to brand for my woman’s needs so this is definitely another product I would recommend by them.

I always have a panty liner. They tend to scrunch up and not stay in place. These underwear are amazing. They are breathable as well. They caught any light leakage, with no problem. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Handled #1 and #2 well. Fit was tight but didn't rub. Seemed to be durable. But let me tell you... they were no match for Taco Bell. Total mess. Nice to not have to worry about trusting a fart anymore though.

My husband uses S/M Fit-Flex Fit which work well for incontinence during the day, but at night, gravity defeats them. And, they are not really designed for bowel incontinence, day or night. Also, I may be imagining it, but they seem to be thinner as I can see pinkness through the back. But it may be he's gained some weight and they are stretching. I'm going up a size to check. I do wish you carried a "real" medium, however. Still mostly satisfied, but recommendations please.
