Now, I don’t have urinal issues, but my cousin does. I gave him one to try and he likes them! But turns out he already uses these exact ones. Same company, same size. He told me that these hold and absorb the urine well. I totally recommend these underwears to anyone who has urinal issues.

He has said that the Depends brand is the one that has the most absorbency and is the only one's he will wear.

No leakage after a few hours and no smell noticed. They cut in at the crease a little bit, but it’s manageable. Overall a good option for incontinence.

When worn they feel just like underwear, with just a little bit of "diaper butt". They control odor for the most part and keep bodily fluids in well so that there is no leakage onto the pants.

There was no noticeable difference while wearing them instead of a normal pair of underwear. They were very comfortable and were thin instead of such a bulky underwear. I really like the stretch that goes on comfortably, but yet they hold up while wearing them.

I used the size chart on the back of the package and chose the L/XL size. They did not even come up all the way on my dad. His waist is 50 inches and he weighs 242 pounds. These should have fit. Now I have find some online and wait 2 more days for delivery. Not Happy.
