Unfortunately the smell wasn’t too good as there were some gaps in the fit and having it unscented was unusual as it certainly made an odor.

My aging parents have been using them, and I wanted to share our experience. My father experiences occasional bladder leaks, and my mother is paralyzed and battling a rare, aggressive, and terminal cancer that has unfortunately resulted in both bladder and bowel incontinence. We've struggled to find a product that adequately addresses her complex needs, as women's versions and other brands have consistently fallen short. Initially, I was hesitant to have my mother try a product designed for men, but given the severity of her condition and the limitations of other options, we decided to give it a try. To our surprise, these Depend underwear performed better than any other product we've used for her. They seemed to hold significantly more volume, a crucial factor given her circumstances. However, we did experience some leakage, though it's difficult to determine if this was due to placement or the product itself. Regarding odor control, while the packaging claims it neutralizes odors, we found that there was still a noticeable odor after a day or night of wear. This is a significant consideration, especially given my mother's compromised health. On the positive side, the fabric is incredibly soft and gentle on the skin. Neither of my parents experienced any irritation, which is essential for my mother's comfort. My father, in particular, found them to be very helpful. He said they provided him with a newfound sense of confidence, allowing him to go out in public without the fear of embarrassing accidents. He felt much more secure wearing them. They both said the fit was spot on and aligns with the size they would typically buy in other products and clothing. While I didn't personally wear the underwear, I did examine the material and found it to be very soft. I also conducted a test to see how much liquid they could hold, and I was impressed by their absorbency. It's clear that the design and placement of the absorbent material are geared towards male anatomy, which likely contributed to their effectiveness for my father. However, even for my mother, they proved to be a superior option compared to other brands we've tried, offering a level of protection we hadn't found elsewhere. In summary, the Depend Fresh Protection Adult Incontinence Underwear for Men offered significant benefits for both my parents, especially my father, and provided my mother with better results than other brands despite her unique and challenging health conditions. While there were some minor issues with leakage and odor control, the comfort, absorbency, and confidence they provided made them a worthwhile option. I believe they are a great option for men experiencing bladder leaks, and even for women with complex incontinence needs, they can be a better alternative than standard women's incontinence products."

I was so happy to receive this generous sized package as it allowed me to try the pants over multiple days. The sizing is spot on with no bunching or pulling around my leg area. I got for husband to try and he didn't before time was up, so I sampled. To my surprise they were very comfortable, wasn't bulky feeling, but soft under clothes. They kept me totally dry through out the day. There was not any odor of any accidents. I know I can Depend on Depends! Next time I will buy for ladies. Would highly recommend.
