It seems to be nothing but cotton, which falls apart when it gets damp. Pad covering tears easily, and cotton pieces fall out. Pad pulls away from panty easily. It gets very uncomfortable.

Yes, it was a comfortable and well fitting underwear. I go out a few times a month to do shopping, I am on the streets taking busses and crossing streets as I go about my errands.
