I usually have all my leakage at night, so I slip one of these babies on and I'm good to go. After having 5 kids my blatter is just exhausted. It is so hard finding the right protection. Also I didn't like the way the moist area of the pad lumped up in a jelly like mass. Very unpleasant. I did not encounter this with any other product I have used in the past.
