Depend Incontinence underwear is especially important after some type of surgery. Absorbs quickly, dries quickly and does not irritate the skin. Urine turns into a gel. I use the Guards with the underwear and it make the underwear last longer for me at least. I highly recommend the depend array of incontinence products
