About four years, I received radiation treatment for prostate cancer that left me with urinary incontinence (slight to heavy leakage). At which time, I began using Depend Flex-Fit Underwear for Men (L/XL) and found, there are several things I like about this product: great absorbency, comfort, odor control, noise-free, and peace of mind. However, I have two complaints: the seal/weld that holds the top of the absorbent pad in place comes unsealed, which allows the absorbent material to fall out. It doesn’t matter if I’ve had leakage or not, and on average, I’m throwing away 3-4 pair of underwear per 52 count. My other complaint is that the underwear lacks breathability, which causes me to perspire around the waist area. I’ve recently tried the Depend® Real Fit Briefs for Men (L/XL), and found that the brief provides breathability, but still had the same problem with the seal/weld coming unsealed. I really like this product, but I can’t afford to keep throwing away underwear, wasting my money!

I have been wearing Depends for a good while now and when the Silhouette style came out I jumped on it. For anyone who unfortunately has to wear protection I definitely recommend the Silhouette. The new version of Depend is terrible .... and that is coming from a Depend believer who has been saved more times than I can count by wearing the Silhouette style and feeling comfortable and confident. Would NEVER recommend this new Fit-Flex style.

The S/M is too small for my mom even though she weighs 130 pounds which is much less than the high end on the package. I also tried the large but they're so big they wind up leaking. Will have to try going back to pads but that's not a great solution for 90 year old.

I like using them especially while travelling as I find it very easy to handle any blander related leaks. I like that it featured maximum absorbency, which gives me the confidence to go about my day without worrying about leaks and the embarrassment related to leaks. I would definitely recommend this underwear as it is designed well, gives adequate protection from leaks and very useful when travelling or staying out the whole day.

There is no smell, even after wearing them for 10 hours. The size is exactly as it says ,I almost bought a bigger size but trusted the guide. They are kind of cute for what they are as opposed to a plain white undergarment. They are also absorbent without clumping or bunching.

Previously I had problems with sweat not being absorbed in my upper area but this is working out great. I walk 6-6.5 miles daily; work out at the gym and have boxing workouts daily - so sweat is a big concern when it comes to my lower extremity. Can't wait to see how well it continues to perform throughout the Summer months.
