THERE IS NO ABSORBING MATERIAL ON EITHER SIDE OF THE PAD AT THE MID SECTION. WHEN I HAVE AN ADEQUATE AMOUNT OF URINE FLOW IT COLLECTS IN THE MID SECTION AND SLOSHES AROUND. YOU MUST NOT HAVE TRIED THESE UNIT ON MEN WITH INCONTINENCE OTHERWISE YOU WOULD NOT HAVE APPROVED THEIR USE. I HAVE USED THESE UNIT THRU 2005 AND WHEN YOU ANNOUNCED THAT YOU WERE MAKING A CHANGE IN 2006 I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THAT MEANT. BUT WHEN I GOT THE FIRST PACKAGE WITHOUT ABSOBING MATERIAL I THOUGHT YOU HAD A MALFUNCTIONING MACHINE. AS YOU CAN SEE BY MY CONTINUED CALLS TO YOUR OFFICE THAT I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THIS MALFUNCTION. BUT WHEN I FINALLY GOT YOUR SAMPLES AND REALIZED THAT YOU DELIBERATELY REMOVED THE ABSORBING MATERIAL - - I THOUGHT WHY, CERTAINLY NOT FOR ASTHETICALY REASONS. MUST BE TO SAVE MONEY IN THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS. I HAVE NOW BECOME A NON-USER OF YOUR PRODUCT BECAUSE OF THE MESS THEY CAUSE ME BECAUSE OF EXCESS URINE FLOW. AND YES I USED THE TWO SAMPLE PRODUCT YOU SENT ME AND I AM NOT PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. PUBLIX, WALGREENS, CVS, HDIS ALL HAVE PRODUCTS THAT DO THE JOB.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Depend Incontinence underwear for men helps with bladder leaks for several hours and doesn't leak, even while sleeping. It doesn't smell either. The waistband is secure and has a soft feel to it. Would recommend.

The fit is a little snug which is great to prevent any leakage as well. The durability is great I tend to reuse my pairs for 2-3 nights just give them a good wash and they are good to go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] they really do a good job at work, and i like the fit, these undies are comfy and absorbent. i would however like a sample of adjustable underwear to try, as i have had some close calls and i am open for product research in a work and/or home enviroment, as i have stress and urge bladder leakage, day and night, due to a spinal/back injury.
