[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fit very well on the wasit for a size small person. However the bottom part where the padding is at, it's a bit loose for me. Either I have a smaller butt or it's quite large for me. Very comfy and very soft. Obsorb very well. No odor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to prostate surgery several years ago I have had to wear incontinence underwear when I know that restroom stops will be few and far between (such a trips by car). In the past it was a problem. I tried the underwear and the Guards. The guards are bulky and slide around and the underwear was not much fun. Mostly they just didn't fit right. When I tried the Fit-Flex I was pleased and surprised. Seems like they found everything people DID NOT like about what was on the market and changed everyone of the minuses to plusses. I am very happy. They are soft, which helps when you wear them for a long time, they fit snug where they should and have a low rise front rather than a waist band that almost hit your neck. After my radical prostatectomy I wore the night defense for a few weeks then switched to these. These feel somewhat like regular underwear. The maximum keeps me dry all day and If I feel unsecure I will wear a new pair to bed. They fit well, not too bulky and give me a sense of security when I go to the gym, ride my bike or play drum at my church. I just got back from vacation where I was in an airplane for over 8 hrs each way. These briefs gave me piece of mind I would stay dry the entire plane ride. Thank you Depends
