These make our job just a bit easier. They are easier to put on and get off. They don't burn his skin at all like some other brands. You can’t tell under his clothes he wears them they are discreet and they pull up like underwear and stay in place. Never leak very absorbing. He tells me these are the best he has tried thanks. I have recently lost pelvic floor control a little from weak pelvic muscle to where I can't hold it for long like I used to. When jumping I leak. These make me feel more confident in case of a possible accident I'm protected from an embarrassing situation. Thankfully, that hasn't happened yet, so I did test with water and it wicks away moisture nicely and didn't leak. I also used to wear this type of product at night when I was menstruating. These would be perfect for that too! I no longer have a need for that, bu if you do, these would work great while sleeping!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These do what they are supposed to but my grandpa said they are not the comfiest and are bulky. They also are not the easiest to wear with jeans and aren’t very hide able under clothes. However, they are absorbent and control any odors.

However, as I sit throughout the day, the inside lining of the diaper keeps tearing near the end. Well, its more like it just kind of opens, like it was poorly put together, and this means that the gel inside can escape, making a bit of a mess.

The main problem with this type of incontinence product is changing while out of the house. You have to totally remove your pants to pull a dry one on after removing one that is wet. One way to get around this is to wear two at a time. When the first one is wet, just tear it off and the second one is dry. These are great if you need light protection from dribbling, can make it to a restroom some of the time or for one complete emptying of the bladder. If you go much past one episode, then you may find these will leak.
