They do an excellent job of absorption, and since they are underwear, there is no risk of the pad getting dislodged or slipping. They are also true to size. I am usually a size 6–8 and the small size fit me perfectly. They are very comfortable and stretchy. The only drawback is that they are underwear, so therefore, are a pain to change. It is much easier to switch out a pad than to remove your pants and these underwear. Since my bladder leakage is not significant, I will stick to pads for now.

I love that the waistband feels more secure ! I also Like that they move with me too! I like that they dont look or feel like a diaper either !
