It provides all day comfort as well. The absorbency is best of class and ensures that I stay dry without having to go to the restroom often. The material is flexible and durable. It soaks up leakages nicely and changing out the underwear is easy and convenient. It’s also excellent for controlling odors. I recommend this product to others based on effectiveness and quality!

I have a suggestion. Lately we have been getting the depends undergarments and where there is supposed to be the square in the back like the tag it's barely visible to me and to the patients who has eye troubles it may be difficult. Is there a way to just print the word BACK on the depends. This can help the person if they have a health issue such as dementia feel like they can do their own dressing and not have to have help. I think this would be a great help not only for patients but the caregivers as well to keep their patients more self sufficient and keeping their dignity. I experienced fast absorbency without leakage! They are basically just like an unusual pair of underwear like material! I wouldn't say fabric, but they were comfortable & easy to put on & pull off! I am a size 36 waist jean, and these were my perfect fit! And if you're looking for size it comes in very readable & understandable packaging! Highly recommend for problematic leaking and dribbling! I can now rest a little easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a good tool to have in the IBS toolkit of solutions in addition to anti-diarrheal medication and fiber supplements. They easily can hold 1/2 a cup of water, and have absorption padding for the rear end and front the front pouch. They stretch, mine are a size Large, but before stretching it out it has more of a Medium size waistband. Of course you want it to be tight for a better seal, but it could be more comfortable with the use of a bamboo-like material in the stretchy areas. They definitely will last long enough for you to clean up after an accident, but they probably won’t last your 5 hr road-trip to your next hotel.
