[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Depend Fresh Protection disposable underwear is great for days when I have bladder leakage. It seems to happen when I have a cold and am sneezing and coughing. They are pretty comfortable and do a great job at keeping me feeling fresh and protected. I got the size small, I am 130 pounds. They fit well, but rub a little on my thighs at first.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not the typical Depend Incontinence Underwear customer but since the (physically traumatic) birth of my first child ten years ago, I’ve had incontinence issues when I cough, sneeze or even run. I got my typical size and they fit well. Not too tight or loose. They’re the “Nighttime” style and have a large, very absorbent pad so they do bunch quite a bit on my bottom and front. I wouldn’t be able to wear leggings or form fitting pants with these. I can also feel the pad when I sit. I like how they tried to make them a little cute with the flowers on the front and nude color. They are great as far as absorbency and odor control go. Overall I’m very satisfied.

When worn they feel just like underwear, with just a little bit of "diaper butt". They control odor for the most part and keep bodily fluids in well so that there is no leakage onto the pants.

I did not feel comfortable with the way the top of the product is made as it seemed to slip down after a while because of little elastic. I am going to try the briefs to see if that will fit my needs and comfort better and then decide which product to buy. I like the concept just need to figure which one is better for me.

They absorb leaks and leaves me feeling fresh and secure. The size L for large fit bigger then expected. I think M for medium would feel more comfortable.

The packaging was nice and thick so it doesn't tear easily and the picture gives clear details as to what the product looks like and how it will fit, along with the sizing listed which was very convenient. I have an enlarged prostate and some nerve damage so was nervous about trying these. I wore one for night time and then wore one during the day while working and I have to say I was very impressed. There was no wetness against my skin, no leakage and no bad smells. I would definitely buy these again and I will be recommending these to others who have incontinence issues.

Though I’m not currently experiencing any regular incontinence, I’m a 66 year young 5 plus miles a day walker. Sometimes the urge hits me and forces me to shorten my walk and hurry home to go to the bathroom. It’s those times when I barely make it home, that I feel like I could use a Depend. Tested and approved! The medium diaper fit snug, but not tight, is very comfortable and extremely absorbent.
