I did find this product to be reasonably comfortable to wear however, there is some punching that occurred. The built-in pad is nice and slim so easily hidden under clothing. I would suggest trying a small pack of the product before spending more than need. It can cause a little discomfort with more tingling than with out due to the nerve damage.
