Then I realized they would be a great option for when I’m trying to be efficient with my household chores and don’t have time for a bathroom break. I’m a dad of three, all of whom are under 5 so I usually only get one two hour window per week to accomplish what I need. It’s also hot and humid where we live, so I need to keep hydrated. With hydration comes the need to use the restroom. This however, takes away from my efficiency. While using Depend I’m able to stay hydrated and keep on the job by not needing to go inside for the restroom where you never know when your child will decide they need a snack or your significant other will ask you to grab something. The underwear fit great and didn’t give me that “diaper bottom” everyone tries to avoid. Highly recommend!

The ulcerative colitis gave him very bad diarrhea to the point he couldn’t go anywhere. I bought him some of these depends for his trip to the doctors office. They were very effective and absorbent. He said they were comfortable and for well. You could not see them through his pants just looked like underwear. I would use this brand again.

My special needs daughter has worn Depends for many many years. However the last two packages of the maximum absorbency Depends have been very disappointing. They aren't any more absorbent than the moderate absorbency Depends like they used to be and she is has to be changed a lot more often. What has facilitated the change? I will probably have to change brands so she won't soil through her clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good Depend Fresh Protection Adult Incontinence Underwear for Men, but use it would protect the Adult as an Incontinence to sleep more. In addition to the protection adults avoid waking up often in the evening to urinate.

I don't typically take time to review products, but these deserve mention. I never considered trying incontinence underwear, but I couldn't ignore my wet boxers and more frequent visible wet spots any longer. So I did some reading and took the plunge with these. Quite frankly, I was expecting them to range between tolerable and awful to wear, but wow was I pleasantly surprised. Sure, they work great in the functional sense - that's a given. But, they're really easy to wear. I'm serious. They're much more comfortable than I expected and invisible under clothing. If it's dead quiet, you can hear a bit of a "rustle" sound, sort of like if you were holding dry leaves, but it's completely unnoticeable when there's any background noise - in other words, in everyday life. I know these are designed for much heavier incontinence than mine, but I choose these because they're a no brainer: comfortable, discrete and they work. Slam dunk.
