[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These fit just like regular underwear with a little extra cushion in the crotch. They are true to size. They are totally comfortable. I don't have bladder incontinence, but I decided to urinate in them intentionally. They held their ground and did what they're intended to do. I actually wore them for the remainder of the day without any discomfort. I'm definitely saving the rest of this package for long distance trips when we don't have time for a potty break.

Never had issues with the fitting or odor and does it’s job amazing and absorbs everything very well. super durable and last longs but still soft and comfortable for everyday use and wear .

They are also great at keeping any odor controlled. The fit is ok, but I wish that they were cut more like a boy short instead of a brief. I think that they would feel more comfortable while wearing them. The rise is high, which is perfect for keeping them up and not rolling down. Overall, they work really well for anyone that need a good bladder control brief product.

I tried a package of 30. I followed the instructions. Use the product at night. Had an accident twice during the month and was super absorbent. My only concern is, and maybe just me, but when I put them on, I know the grey bar is in back. However most of the pad seems to be covering my back end instead of the front. Feels weird. Shouldn't the absorbency pad be more in front for the guy? Strange asking these questions. Can someone give some advice?

These things feel like the could hold a ton of pee. My boys feel like they're on a cloud with how soft this underwear feels. Fits comfortably. No odor from doing your business 😂. I was able to get her to wear these three times without complaint, so they must be comfortable. I can't say anything about absorbency because she rarely has accidents. This material doesn't have the greatest smell when you sweat.

I found the padding to be too thick for my needs. I think this product is better suited for totally incontinent people, not someone with leakage issues.

The diaper was full of water but did not leak through to other side, so I suppose anyone with incontinence will be pleased by these. I did put they on to see if they would chafe or feel uncomfortable, but the material is soft enough to be worn for a day. Only issue may be sizing; while the waistband expands, it was about half a size too big.
