[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design is quite pretty for disposal underwear. Unfortunately the sizing does run a little small. Also it doesn’t have full 360 stretch. Only the the waist is stretchable. I am a big booty thunder thigh women and this offers no stretch in those areas.

I'm 38 and suffer from fecal and urine incontinence and I tried other brands but they were not as absorband and these are amazingly not bulky. I wish we could have them in black and other shades because it's very difficult emotionally to wear diapers when you're still a young woman. But I highky recommend them for someone with fecal incontinence because you need to have something that will absorb and not get all bulky,

After my radical prostatectomy I wore the night defense for a few weeks then switched to these. These feel somewhat like regular underwear. The maximum keeps me dry all day and If I feel unsecure I will wear a new pair to bed. They fit well, not too bulky and give me a sense of security when I go to the gym, ride my bike or play drum at my church. I just got back from vacation where I was in an airplane for over 8 hrs each way. These briefs gave me piece of mind I would stay dry the entire plane ride. Thank you Depends
