As someone who experiences post partum bladder leaks, these are a readily available option. These are soft, discreet, and absorb well for daily leaks. The absorbent gel locks in moisture and neutralizes odor, offering reliable protection throughout the day. They feel more like real underwear than I expected. The downsides: I found sizing runs small in XL. They were a little tight fitting, and some tore at the seams. It's not ideal for overnight use or heavier incontinence, but for everyday wear, it does the job well. If you're seeking comfort and decent coverage for daily bladder leaks, these are an easy to find option.

Seems to hold up with bending and squatting. The comfort level seems pretty good too. Didn’t have the option of having an accident in them but seems to be good absorbency for those that may need a little more protection from accidents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Depend Flex-fit for men is an excellent product. It is very absorbent and can hold at least 3 wettings. They are very comfortable even when wet. I normally use tape on style diapers, but was very pleasantly surprised at the absorbancy and capacity of this product. If you have light to moderate incontinence these Depend Flex-Fit for men will work well. The one down side to using the pull-up style underwear is to change you need to remove shoes and pants.

I am active, fit, and do many things so I need products that can accommodate these needs. This product does all of the above. I can work, eat, sleep, exercise, do whatever and have no concerns for anything and that basically is the entire reason we use products such as these. My experience has been they are comfortable and I forget I'm wearing them! I know that's hard to believe but it's true. I can go through one a day easily and I do when I need to.
