I use these for when I get my cycle. I have a heavy flow which happens when you get older and the more children you have. I’ve had about eight pregnancies so I definitely need something that will help with the heavy cycle. These work perfectly great no leaks at all.

They are fairly comfortable, they still make a bit of noise but not near as bad as older ones. They seemed to be breathable, I don’t think they would make you too hot if you had to wear for an extended amount of time.I did a text with water and it would hold a large amount of liquid. I think if this is something you are need of I would definitely recommend.

Now that I’ve been wearing these for a few days I have to say they are very comfortable and absorb my leaks well. The panty line is not too obvious so that’s good. My husband hasn’t noticed that I’m wearing these so they must look like regular underwear to him. They are durable and stay together. I would give these an A+!

They were a little noisy when walking but wearing tight clothing helped. Loose clothing over that hid any issues with lines showing through. These lasted awhile and were more comfortable than expected.
I would use this product in the future.

Now the "bad": This product didn't work for me: 1. Even though I got the smallest size, and the fit seemed tight, I still had leakage around the leg openings; and 2. This product seems designed for those with stress incontinence, where slight leakage occurs with a laugh or a sneeze. I have urge incontinence, so I have little warning and, if I don't make it to a bathroom in time, I empty into the garment. This product couldn't handle that load.

My only issue was that they felt so strange to wear. I couldn’t get over feeling like r wearing a diaper so I prefer pads over these. But that’s a personal preference. It is more secure than pads and moves with you better.

The fit/sizing is pretty good although it could be better around the butt cheeks. The absorbency is great and I never have to worry if I do have an accident. I did have them on backwards at first thinking that the pretty design on the front was the logo that usually is found on the back!! Once I got them turned around they did fit much better! The padding in the crotch is quite large and I think I would prefer that it not be as long as it is although the width is good. I would buy them again especially if I was going to be out for quite a while as I have some trouble when I sneeze or cough if I have not been...

The first time it rendered my mother left outside of her home for over three hours because she couldn’t get into her home. The second time she was not allowed to get out of her home because of the size of the box and blocking the ramp. Check out the pictures. And yes, I reported it the first time. Please understand that this product is not just for seniors! The women pictured on the packaging is still young! Some health conditions such as incontinence, post surgery and even bladder issues can cause stress for women that need to still function daily with needed support. Pads don’t hold a lot of leaks and being able to feel secure, just like a little child’s diaper gives that comfort knowing a product can last for you during an emergency or prevent one!! Ty!

Although it is an absorbent underwear for urine loss, honestly the feeling is more like wearing normal underwear with an integrated sanitary towel, so it is something that women can feel more comfortable with than we would imagine. The material is soft, extends and fits well to the body, although I would recommend securing the size well before ordering it. Something extremely important is that it is not easily noticed under clothes and absorbs super fast, so although it is designed for the night it could be used perfectly during the day.
