It is not too loose and not too tight. It does not cause a mess at all on this one nor does it leak while wearing it. This is clean and do not smell before wearing it or after wearing it. It sits at the weight perfectly as well. It is very comfortable wearing it on me i do not have a problem.

Only thing that I would ask for to improve the product is a little more coverage on the back side.
