These underwear are much easer to use than just the poise pads!! I sometimesuse a pad with the underwear mostly at night.

Keeps odors under control, fit is good. If I have one complaint it would be not enough protection in the backside, sitting or lying in bed.

the brand i use,,not incontinent,just want alternative to having clean underwear,as some studies show,,,washing machines don't always,,do the job.

cut of item is too small for an XL. I tried to wear one but had to cut leg seams for comfortable fit. Can I rturn unused balance?
