It doesn’t matter if I use the bathroom before bed or not, I still have issues. These work great, fit well, and are comfortable. I haven’t had any issues with leaking or odor issues like I have with other underwear. I’ll definitely be purchasing these again.

Wish they had a little more soft flex in the padding area, kind of seemed a little bulky between the legs. They do absorb well though!! I had previously wet through multiple pads and though I was afraid of leaking there was none!

They keep me fresh and dry all day long, don’t leak at all and are very soft and comfortable. These are the most absorbent underwear I’ve ever tried and they feel like wearing regular underwear. I would 100% recommend for anyone with incontinence issues.

The sizing is accurate to the packaging and these really absorb liquid and odor well and keep it in its place vs being wet and uncomfortable like other products.

The only thing I really hate is their package. I would prefer something not so obvious what it is if I am shopping and everyone can see.

During pre- and post-hernia surgery, increased urgency necessitated use of this product at a much younger age than I would have expected. Increased urgency, embarrassingly, meant not always "making it to the bathroom in time." Thankfully, the moisture wicking properties provided consistent dryness and control of any urinary odors. The size/fit were on point, adding no extra bulk under clothing.

But these are great and more comfortable than a bulky pad. They go on like regular underwear and don’t feel too much like a diaper. Obviously they’re not as comfortable as panties, but they’re good for what it is. When it’s hot outside I definitely sweat more in these but it could be worse. Overall, they work for me.
