They came at a perfect time because I have Crohn's disease and was having a bad flare. I decided to try these in case I could not make it to the bathroom in time. They fit great, you can't tell your wearing anything extra. The color and print make them look like real underwear. I would definitely try them again

There is a sizing chart which makes it easy to determine what size would best fit. It’s not fit like seamless underwear but isn’t incredibly noticeable under jeans or loose fitting pants. I use this for dual purposes and find that this allows for breathing so it has odor control. Highly recommend!

They don’t make sound when sitting but they mark my inner groin when wearing and worst when sitting. I work seated and boy this was irritating, almost like if they are too tight but they aren’t, they hold enough for my issue .
