These underwear were not only completely unnoticeable under clothing, they are by far the best fitting and most comfortable incontinence product I have tried and far more efficient and less restrictive than any type of pad. There is hardly no material on the sides, just the elastic band, so basically it’s all pad. Extra material on the sides would make it more comfortable and I think would make it feel less bulky. The pad is not too thick but doesn’t need to be so wide. But if you’re only sleeping in them, I guess the comfort level isn’t so important for some people.
