[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As you can see by the picture with the measuring tape, the size XL stretches to 25 inches across. They fit my 52-inch hips fine. They were a bit stuffy and sweaty to wear, but that is expected from a plastic coating. I wouldn't expect these to catch a whole lot of fluid, but for moderate goings, I would trust these to hold. They are a bit tough to rip the side to get them off as my preferred method rather than pulling them down.

I recently had a few bouts with different respiratory infections and have had a horrible cough with coughing fits which created some embarrassing incontinence. These eased my mind that if I coughed while sitting at my work desk I wouldn’t have to leave due to peeing my pants.

Size matters. Be careful in choosing. Not standard, they run small for medium and large but extra large is huge. The spacing between the legs is a wide. Needs a bit of contour. We are still trying to get the right “fit”. Otherwise, product absorbs well.

Ok! This was a purchase for vacation…my daughter has very bad and heavy periods and we would be doing over 100,000 steps before the week was up! These were comfortable and not too tight around the midsection…very soft and made the world of difference for her! Would definitely purchase again!

This product is a waste of money. i purchased a pack of the Always Discreet, pullups for women. I purchased them for my mother and the first night i put them on her she was soak and wet. And i had two pullups on her. I will never purchase these again. To be honest i wouldn't refer this product to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this free product from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I got it for my grandma’s stress incontinence. We tried a lot of different brands before, but this one is one of the best! It helps with the stress incontinence leak, smell and makes it easier to take care of an older person. It is size medium but it is really stretchable and can be worn by somebody who is a little bigger. Definitely will work for someone who wears a smaller size as well. Good value for the price.

I had been using the Assurance underwear for about a year, three or four monthly orders ago, the quality changed for the worse (not absorbent, padding crumbles when wet). Now for few months the Assurance is "temporarily out of stock," so I had to order the more expensive Depends product. The quality is good, is absorbent, fits well, is soft and solidly made. But the Assurance is more economical, and just as well-made. I would prefer the Assurance, of course, but I have no problems with the Depends until the Assurance is again available.
