Good for keeping most messes contained. But, the briefs must contain materials or chemicals not meant to be next to the moist human body because I developed a severe allergic reaction, on both sides, to the rough elastics that surround the inner legs.

I've been wearing them since January 2006 and couldn't live without them. I'm on six types of medication a day now so I drink lots of water, so Depend is a dire necessity. I have urge incontinence and these work great. I used to use poise pads but they would sometimes not be enough. I feel more confident in these and they are just like wearing regular underwear. Also, ladies, they are not like they used to be all that plastic. More of a mesh stretch type with a large padding inside. Love them.

This product is so great because it absorbs and you just have to pull them up like regular underwear. My mother was wearing adult diapers and having a hard time with the adhesive tabs needed to close the diapers. She also was getting a chafing from the tabs, so when I saw these I decided to give them a try, and she is so happy with them, and if she's happy then I'm happy.

I purchased Attends for my wife as the Assurance were out of stock online. Although a big name brand,and slightly more expensive,Attends does not do the job like the Assurance. They work well during the day,but at night when absorbancy is needed,the Assurance is superior. When Assurance is again available online will order them and use Attends for day time use.
