They save your clothes and upholstery you may be sitting on as well! They are not intended for full leakage but partial they work beautifully and still keep you dry in the process! They are light weight and stretchy and surprisingly comfortable as well! I would definitely recommend to have some when you know you’re gonna need them!

Overall, they provide great protection during both the day and night. The fit is comfortable, especially around the legs, and they don’t feel too bulky under clothing. We also appreciate that they’re easy to put on and remove. Absorbency is quite good for moderate leaks, though occasionally there’s minor leakage overnight if there’s a heavier episode. The material is soft and doesn’t irritate the skin, which is a big plus. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that I wish the adhesive tabs were a bit stronger — sometimes they don’t hold as securely as I’d like. Other than that, very satisfied and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a reliable product for adult incontinence.

I don't currently need a product that provides this level of protection, but tried it on in order to assess how comfortable it was and how well it fit. The size chart, based on waist circumference and pant size, predicted that I would be a size small, and I found that this was accurate. The underpants are a light tan/nude color with a blue flower print on the waistband. The "fabric" is molded to the body by a series of elastic threads, making the top of the product fit very much like underwear. The absorbant pad extends up the front and back of the garment, allowing it to be effective even with changes in position. I tested the absorbancy by pouring on several tablespoons of water, and found that the pad wicked away and locked in moisture very quickly. Unfortunately the product is not as soft or as comfortable as regular underwear, but if I needed it I would feel secure that it would protect me against leaks.
