I love kleenex tissues and have bought them for years -- always opting for the gray-, tan-, and brown toned-boxes. Suddenly, over the past couple of months, these colors have disappeared. I cannot have brightly colored tissue boxes sitting around my home. They just don't fit in. I have completely stopped buying Kleenex and now use box covers with generic brands. What kind of crazy change is this????

I have always been loyal to the Kleenex brand but I really, really dislike the new brightly colored boxes. For me they are just too vibrant and don't match any color scheme I have in my home. I really don't want a Kleenex box to be the most noticeable item in the room. Maybe Kleenex could consider supplying both the previous neutral colored boxes along with the more vibrant colors just not in the same multipack.

I have used Kleenex for many years with no problems until the last several months. The quality is going down very fast. Now, it seems like every time a tissue is pulled from the box, the lint and larger particles make a terrible mess around the box and on the floor. I usually buy several packages of three boxes at a time. I just purchased 5 packages (15 boxes) and when they are used up (if I can stand the mess), I might try one more box to check quality. If not improved, Kleenex is DONE in my home.

I used to keep Kleenex upright boxes around the house but its been a while since the graphics were interesting. My local stores either aren't stocking the one on your website that I like or they aren't available. Granted Betsy Johnson was a disaster on a Kleenex box but that was more of an in-house executive decision misfire than a reason to scrap the whole design program, right? If I ran Kleenex I would launch a public design competition come up with new box graphics. I think you'd get thousands of designs submitted and tons of good ideas. I haven't been buying Kleenex because the boxes I find locally are ugly and I don't want them in the house. And I don't like the tube design because it requires two hands and the colors don't fit with my rooms.

I love Kleenex tissues! I have the cube box in 7 rooms of my home, in 3 cars, and 2 in my area at work! I have allergies so I have used cases over the years! I've been buying them in bulk at Costco. Recently the color scheme changed. The graphics and colors don't seem to offer a good neutral option. I don't want to buy covers for all my tissue boxes! Are there neutral schemes coming?

My husband and I have happily used Kleenex for 15 years+. My husband couldn't stop sneezing when using these and when he used another brand his sneezing stopped. I've been watching some ‘tear jerkers' lately and started using trusted care Kleenex. I'm usually not sensitive to some things that bother my husband. I have sneezed 5 times today and my nose is irritated. Anyone else having problems?

I have used Kleenex brand tissues for many years. The last packages I purchased with your 'NEW SNEEZE SHIELD' are useless. I didn't check to see if the count went down as well, but in my opinion they aren't even better than nothing! A waste of money to produce. I'm not even sure doubling up on them to use will make up for their ineffectiveness. Maybe tripling up on them will help, but that makes their cost outrageous. I don't purchase them for sneezes ONLY. They are a replacement for a handkerchief and they no longer serve that function. I will be looking into other options in the future.

Hi. I have been buying kleenex brand for YEARS & I will continue to do so, because I like your product. However......the change of the box designs leaves me disappointed. I keep my bathroom & other rooms very neat & color coordinated. I could always get by with a silver/gray color or something subtle. But the new designs are way too "loud" & look cheap in my rooms. Even plain colors would look fine. I sure hope you change the designs soon. Don't like the boxes at all. Thanks for listening.

I only have one recommendation. Please change the design on the boxes. The outside of the boxes used to be very pretty, you could put them anywhere and it would compliment any space. The geometric designs are too busy and not visually appealing especially the smaller regular tissue ones. Tissues are great and I don't mind paying a bit more but the outside is not representative of the quality Kleenex is known for. Just a suggestion and my opinion. Thank you.

I bought Kleenex by the case for my business because of the classic box pattern. I was forced to buy a generic product because it actually had a better design than the new Kleenex boxes. Quality was just as good (if not better) and at a lower price. So I guess you did me a favor.
