Why is Kleenex wasting overhead on this "Trusted Care" line of tissues? Its smaller, rougher, thinner, & weaker than the "Ultra Soft" line which much better quality for the same price. And two times too many have I come home with the wrong tissues because you insist on packaging them the same. Just stop already.

The new Kleenex are supposed to be thicker, i.e.harder to use, the older ones were just fine. There are 24 fewer in a box now, even though the box is the same size, so they cost more. I have always bought Kleenex and thought they were the best, but am now trying other brands since I do not like the "thicker and more absorbant" concept and reduced number per box. Pease bring back the originals and amount per box. I read a few of the other reviews and the customer care comment is that nothing is new. If that is the case, then is this just a way to explain the decreased number abd higher cost? Thanks.

I have recently had the opportunity to test out Kleenex Brand's tissues, courtesy of Crowdtap. I received one full-size tissue box. I placed them in my bathroom for myself, family and friends to use when they use the bathroom. I had been using Puffs tissue before receiving the Kleenex tissue so it was good to try something new. I learned that Kleenex Brand's tissues are strong ,soft and absorbent. And they can be used for more than blowing your nose during allergy, cold or flu season. I use them while applying makeup, wiping up the bathroom counter, on my puppy's eyes, etc. And unlike other brands where you need two tissues, you only need ONE Kleenex tissue. The Kleenex Everyday Tissue is gentle on the nose but not so soft that nothing sticks to it, you know, like boogers should. I also noticed along time ago that Kleenex tissues have a lot fewer dust fairies then that of another well known brand of facial tissue.

I think Kleenex tissues are definitely the best.... and I love the innovative and stylish packaging options. I love Kleenex because its soft and strong for everyday sneezes, running noses to minor everyday cleanups and for wiping down faces and even for toe separators when getting a pedicure done. I like that Kleenex is so gentle it doesn't cause redness or irritations. Thank you kleenex because you help me keep my family healthy and my home germ free.

For over 60 years, I would NOT waste my money on other Brands of facial tissues because KLEENEX was simple GREAT. NOT ANY MORE. KLEENEX NOW falls apart, on the job. Go BACK to your old formula, or consider me an X customer, after 60 years of loyalty.

We've been buying your tissues for years and find the graphics on the boxes of the last few years to be just plain ugly. My husband and I hate them and complain every time we need to purchase more tissues. Please redesign and give us some flowers or something pleasant. These designs stink!!

You have reduced the number of tissues and made them coarser and much less comfortable. We feel like we have been cheated. I don't like the super soft 3 layer ones, either, whether with or without lotion, because they do not seem absorbent. We have been exclusively using Kleenex for years, but now they are no better than Scott tissues.

First, the good... box-top points actually on the box top, brilliant! The bad... why has the count gone from 184 to 160?! That is riduculous and greedy. The ugly = the new green... please change it back! I will continue to buy your product if it is not an ugly rip-off.
