I've been using Kleenex brand forever and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. They are just the right softness without the greasy feel of the other leading tissue brand. To those complaining about the box designs: yes, they're ugly but if it's that much of a problem just buy a tissue box cover; they've been around forever. There's no reason to stop using a good product because it comes in an ugly package.

I am a lifetime Kleenex user, and have been happy with the box designs throughout my 40 years of purchasing the Kleenex tissues. I have a box in just about every room...for easy access. I am very disappointed with the current available box designs where the pattern/design is different on the sides versus the rest of the box. Because I do have the Kleenex boxes in just about every room and out in the open they are very visible.

Sneeze-Guard feature is AWFUL. Liquids just sit on top of tissue instead of being absorbed. It's like using a piece of plastic to blow your nose. Ugh. HATE the new colors. You can call it "Limelight" all you want -- but it is ugly avocado green! Other choices are depressing brown or dull rust. Who picked these terrible colors?! I've used nothing but Kleenex for decades. But product quality is not the same #both the tissue and the box colors/designs#. So I am going to look at other brands -- too bad.

In my home we are loyal Kleenex brand users its what we stock up on all year long especially now that cold and flu season will be full blown. I love Kleenex because its soft and strong for everyday sneezes, running noses to minor everyday cleanups and for wiping down faces and even for toe separators when getting a pedicure done. I like that Kleenex is so gentle it doesn't cause redness or irritations. Thank you kleenex because you help me keep my family healthy and my home germ free.

I've always used Kleenex. I think they are just the right amount of softness and strength. They work great. My wife likes the way the boxes with the designs look, but to me it really doesn't matter. I just care about how the tissues feel and work. But, with these we're both happy.

I think Kleenex tissues are definitely the best.... and I love the innovative and stylish packaging options. You have had some brilliant designs on your tissue boxes in the past. the Nautilus shell on the black box and then the cartoon virus bugs in assorted colors come to mind. But now... they are terrible. You need to remember that these boxes go in our homes, where we see them, everyday. I buy the design that goes well in my home, the nicest box with the most aesthetically pleasing design. I also noticed that the tissue quality was not up to par. You need to step up your game.

We used to buy these all the time, however, we started buying Puffs instead solely because of the opening they use in their rectangular boxes. The Kleenix box is not user friendly. Once you put your hand in there a few times, the plastic stretches apart and the tissues fall back into the box so the next time you need one, you have to dig one out. If Kleenix changed this, we would be back to buying them. They need a larger opening similar to the Puffs brand. I'm sure a lot of people would agree.

I loaded up on Kleenex a couple of years ago. Recently, I ran out, and bought a lot of new boxes. The ad showed the old box design. What arrived were ugly boxes that don't really go with anything. I will need to return them. Kleenex Company, what in the world have you done with a product that has been a staple in American homes for decades?

Kleenex tissues have always been on display in our breakfast room and 3 bathrooms. I consider the boxes to be part of the decor, and I have always been happy with the red, taupe, and silver designs you have offered. I cannot display any of your current designs. The colors lean to green and blue, with uncoordinated box side designs and colors. They might be cute in an unsophisticated room, such as a nursery or young child's room. I had to buy a different brand, after more than 30 loyal years with Kleenex.
