Easy to use for everyone even my 3 yr old granddaughter. My daughter has hers mounted on the wall but sitting flat. Can that be purchased separately or is it sold as a unit?

I sent for these Cottonelle flushables through my health insurance benefit when I couldn't obtain the Preparation H ones. The smell is enough to choke a horse. You advertise hypoallergenic but fragrance is not!! Had to throw them out.
