I have been using this product for many years. When the new dispenser was created, I chose to continue to use my old dispenser. But for some reason the wipes, since the new dispenser was released, for lack of a better word suck. The wipes continuously get stuck in my original dispenser, the wipes tear more easily than they did when I started using this product and I am going to discontinue my use of this product. I hate when a company changes something that works, they claim they made it better and it turns out they made it worse.

I also like that the are connected to each other and perforated, making them easy to use. I would have preferred that they were a little larger. Overall they did a great job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not impressed. I like the Cottonelle brand, but they have missed the mark on these wipes. They tear and shred just removing them from the package. They are too delicate. I understand they need to be thin to remain flushable, but they have to be thick enough to stand up to wiping. I would not recommend this product.

New formula - late 2024 - caused a rash on both my wife and myself. Tested for other causes, even consulted a doctor. Confirmed 100% definitely from these wipes. Used these for years, but whatever they did to change the material or chemicals in 2024 was a seriously nasty change. We have since ceased using these completely. Definitely do NOT recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked as good as most flushable wipes. The packaging needs to be improved as it was difficult to remove just a single wipe with some grabbing a few extra. Definitely wipes to be made a little bigger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a horrible experience; LOL I felt a little weird at first because I usually only use dry tissue. Therefore the first use was 'different'. The first wipe tore before getting it out of the package making me unsure of the quality at first. Once I used it tho, it wasn't bad I just don't know if I could use it always.

I felt comfortable and clean after using this however I was hesitant on flushing them in my house in anticipation that it would somehow clog the toilets. This is an option for me but I don’t think that I would switch from dry tissue completely. I would add these into the mix if I had to use them while in a bind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these wipes, not too dry and not too wet. Only issue I've run into is they rip too easy when removing from the package. On the bright side though, I do believe that these are flushable and you won't have plumbing issues due to how easy they break down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These wipes leave you feeling fresh and clean. They feel good, soft, and refreshing. No irritation. The wipes are thick, which makes me wonder if they really are flushable without damaging pipes. But the thickness does help with wiping!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this product comes from a well known company, with a decent reputation, I’m saddened to say this product did not meet my expectations. Sure the product was moisture was just about perfect. The product also didn’t create little fuss balls like other. The one part I did have a problem with was the strength of the wipe. The first 5 or so I’m my travel pack of 14, ripped when attempting to take one out. Every attempt to pull one out caused it to rip or tear. Once past the initial frustration of it ripping or tearing, they works just fine. It’s sad to waste wipes. With a bit of work on either packaging or strength of the wipe, this product will be great!
