I like the texture, size and the fact that it's Plastic-free & made with water & renewable plant-based fibers. Never trusted flushing wipes but because this starts breaking down after flushing I think it's safe

My toilet is not a strong flusher and these go down just fine which really surprised me. They leave me clean and fresh without being harsh. They are just the right amount of moist and not dry at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While these wipes smell really nice and work to get your skin clean. The issue is that they rip. Luckily I was only trying them on my face but in other places of the body where I assume (no pun intended) they intend you to use these, you'd be rather annoyed if they ripped through just as easily. You struggle to even remove them from the packaging without tearing them so they really need to work on that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cottonelle Flushable Wet Wipes are great for my whole family! We have three young kids who are all recently toilet trained or in the process of training that use these on a regular basis. This is a great way for all of us to keep ourselves clean. These are not too thick and flush just fine. In the absence of baby wipes, I have also used these to clean dirty faces and such. They are not harsh on the skin. We have been using these for years and love them.

I've been buying your product for years both from the Grocery Store and the giant boxes at Costco / Sams. Really loved when you designed the plastic box dispenser. But the most recent giant box of product I got is not very good. First I thought maybe you put the wrong items in the box as the plastic packages were labeled as "Resealable Pack" not a "Refill Pack". But that would not be a reason for the poor quality of the wipes. They tear and ripe apart when using, not a pleasant experience. The method of connecting one series of sheets to the next series has gotten awful with the two sheets usually being unusable or stuck in the dispenser box slit. The old method, not being connected at all, was a pain but better overall. The durability of the sheet is the big problem. If this has been done due to the waste management people complaining about handling the product "downstream" then maybe you will have to discontinue production, because your current solution does not meet the customer need.

And I love that they immediately start to break down after flushing so they are sewer and septic safe. I also enjoy that they're hypoallergenic and alcohol-free. And I really like that you can close the package and reuse them later. I would highly recommend them

The scent is really pleasant and I appreciate that they are strong. I wish they were a little bigger but that's my only suggestion. Would definitely recommend these.

The only thing I do not like is they are a little dryer than my previous wipes but that is all. I would buy them and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
