We had been using these for years. They were great. Having a adult with special needs they really helped when going bathroom. What a disappointment when opening the last box. New design, hard to get out of package, they tear so easily, definitely NOT an improvement. Will search for replacement, you lost a customer here.

I literally had to use like 4 torn pieces just to wipe but other than that it was good! I just think when you are wiping the most important part is it coming in one piece!

It’s not too big nor too small, just the right size and durable enough to take care of a decent cleaning job. It doesn’t make the skin feel itching at all and somewhat soft to the touch. Great wipes that are alcohol Free, Hypoallergenic and safe for everyone to use. The best part is that it’s FLUSHABLE and I feel very comfortable using it with confidence. It’s super convenient for me and I just love it.

I have the travel size pack and although they clean well and are really flushable it ripped when i remove from the packaging. But overall is a good product , great for the whole family and plan to buy next time I go to the store.

The scent is pleasant. They can be flushed which is a huge convenience. Everybody should be using these amazing wipes. I will be purchasing for all the bathrooms in my house.

But if your is normal u can flush them , they break down ok. Now they have the right texture , thickness and they smell fresh . Make a smaller version so we can take them with us to college , school, work, vacation ?? Little packets that look inconspicuous but cute to throw in our bags.. We could feel fresh after every Bathroom visit. Even on the go . Love Cottonelle Flushable Wipes and also the new Cottonelle GentlePlus . The packaging keeps the wipes moist longer it seems .. Only think I disliked was the durability of the tissues. They seem to tear and shred pretty easy when pulling out of the package. Would still recommend to others.
