Flushable wipes

Why would you change a good product? The new packaging does not work. No longer does the next wipe pop up. Hate to say, but Total Home works better.No reason to pay the higher price.

Something is different

I have been using these for years, recently I purchased a large refill pack, these tear and shred while taking them out of the dispenser, they will also come out in a large wad and tear apart. Not happy with the quality.

cottenelle freshcare

I am very pleased with this product; it is the best that I have ever used and my husband is also happy that it is biodegradable and safe for the septic system, he said that he checked on others but this was the one that totally breaks down.

Wipes too thin

You have ruined the wipes. 10 year user. They are so thin now they tear in the package and get holes in them when used. THEY ARE AWFUL NOW. Why change after all these years.

Gentle Clean

Great product. Consistent quality and it doesn't affect the plumbing. A consistent clean without the soreness that comes with age and hemorrhoids. Definitely recommend and will purchase again.

Use for more than bodily use.

I like them because they're safe for the septic, soft and i use them for cleaning the outside of the toilet and on the floor. Also use them for the washer and dryer. And for normal uses.

Bring the old formula back!!!

I've been buying this product for years. I am so disappointed with the new "Clean Ripple" version. It shreds constantly when pulling it through the dispenser...never had this issue with the original.

Not what they used to be

I don't know what they did but these are not what they used to be. They are more like generic wipes. We are switching to the Equate brand. If we are getting generic quality I might as well pay a generic price.

wipes too thin

Your change is a negative one. ... The wipes are too thin now, every time i wipe now it gets a whole in it, it even tears getting it out of the container. It is truly a waist of money. Horrible disappointment!
