I've been buying your product for years both from the Grocery Store and the giant boxes at Costco / Sams. Really loved when you designed the plastic box dispenser. But the most recent giant box of product I got is not very good. First I thought maybe you put the wrong items in the box as the plastic packages were labeled as "Resealable Pack" not a "Refill Pack". But that would not be a reason for the poor quality of the wipes. They tear and ripe apart when using, not a pleasant experience. The method of connecting one series of sheets to the next series has gotten awful with the two sheets usually being unusable or stuck in the dispenser box slit. The old method, not being connected at all, was a pain but better overall. The durability of the sheet is the big problem. If this has been done due to the waste management people complaining about handling the product "downstream" then maybe you will have to discontinue production, because your current solution does not meet the customer need.

I don't use anything else but these flushable wipes! I feel a lot more clean with these. While everyone was scrambling for toilet paper during quarantine, I made sure these were fully stocked in my home. They are great for my daughter as well. She's going to the bathroom on her own now and I feel better knowing that she'll be able to wipe more smoothly and thoroughly.

Given the nature of this product, some might find this a bit of an over share, but then again you're buying flushable wipes. I bought these for my toddler and they work great on her sensitive bottom. They are nice and big, and clean very well. The storage case that comes with them works to keep the wipes damp. I've never had problem with clogging, but these make it so you don't have to use as much TP. Heck, I even use them! Highly recommended.

After trying it, I will continue buying it. I thought it had just the right amount of moistness and gave me confidence that I was clean. Great for travel also, so easy to bring it along.

The description on this flushable wipes items was that it was hypoallergenic. Well one would assume there is no fragrance/perfume in it because HELLO, many people are allergic to smell like fragrance/perfume. The minute I opened the plastic packaging that perfume hit me. In no time my stomach was aggravated causing nausea. Very very very upset the don't get what hypoallergenic means. DUH???

This is what I started with. THIS IS WHAT I WILL STAY WITH. Started with Cottonelle Wet Wipes a couple of years ago. If Walmart does NOT hike up the prices, I WILL stay with Walmart versus Amazon, who - the latter - I did start with. Take note, Walmart! I love you, Walmart!!

I thought this upright dispenser was a nice design with a small footprint. It doesn't dispense through the hole, though, at all. Every cloth tears into shreds. There's no info on how to refill the dispenser, either--not on the package, not on the website. I can't even tell which product might BE the actual refills for the dispenser. Having been stupid enough to imagine the refill would perform better than the pre-filled dispenser, I am furious and won't ever buy these products again. I'm on a tiny fixed income, disabled, and the several dollars I've wasted on Fresh Care hits hard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Cottonelle Wipes, first with the low oblong box and then when the tall white with blue trim 2-part lid. Every time I use just 1 wipe, it has to be re-loaded again for the next wipe. They do not pop up automatically for me. This is time consuming and not sanitary because I have to rewash my hands before re-loading it again. Do the wipes need to go "behind" the arm pointing down or in front of the bottom divider sticking up? I cannot find a video on how to properly load the tall dispenser.

Somebody has redesigned the wipes - whoever did it should be fired! The wipes used to be wonderful, now they are awful. The packaging was designed to feed out of the slot, and tear off as needed. Now you can only get one out at a time, and that is a struggle. They are thicker and harder to separate. Please go back to the way they were - or I can no longer buy them.

Used to (past tense) love this product. But recent changes to a thinner and weaker material have left me dissatisfied. You can barely get the sheets out of the dispenser or separate them from one another without them tearing and falling apart. Imagine how poorly they perform the duty they were designed for if they are falling apart before even reaching your bum. Have to use twice as many as before to prevent accidentally exploring places that have no interest in being explored. Please bring back the thicker, linen-like wipes that you had when these first came to market.
