Love these wipes, but not too thrilled with the new design. I liked the old design where when you pulled one out another popped right up, that doesn't happen with these. Have had a few issues with them tearing, but not enough to quit using them. What I really miss are the ones with Shea Butter!! Those smelled so wonderful and worked really great, wish you would bring them back!!

I have been a loyal user of Cottonelle Flushable Wipes for years. I was willing to pay more because they were so effective and easy to use. No more. You have changed the product and it is very inferior. I believe it is in the actual wipes themselves, they are flimsy, difficult to separate from the other sheets and definitely not as strong as the original. It says, "Tested with Plumbers", but definitely was not tested with your customer base. I suspect that there were complaints that the tissues were not breaking up quickly enough after flushing, so the manufacturer changed to this new formula. Well, I hope the plumbers are happy. I am not. I have changed to another brand.

I bought a four pack and am sorry that I did. The quality has changed dramatically. They cannot be pulled out of the packs without tearing and shredding. They are the consistency of wet toilet paper now. Shame on you for no indication of the product changing on your packaging. I would've tried just 1 pack, instead I'm stuck with using 4 packs of wet toilet paper. Previously, I loved this product...before the quality dropped. You claimed your product were safe for sewer and septic systems. If that were the case, why did you change them to be thinner and fall apart so easy. You can't even get them out of the pack to use them.

They are good at cleaning....But they are absolutely NOT septic safe..they WILL cost you thousands in repair as they build up in your septic tank. If used put them in your trash can instead of flushing them or they WILL ruin your septic system and all components.

The recent changes to packaging and product are awful. I can never only get one sheet out anymore, and when I do, I get a flimsy, thin sheet, nothing like what these used to be. Bad move, just to save money. Replacing a good product with bad is never a good way to keep customers!
