I've been to a urologist and drs. They say nothing is wrong with me other than having 4 large children. I tried Poise and was scared at first because I had use regular "female" pads before. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are pretty absorbent. But they are thick. I'm not a fan of thick pads. But if you usually prefer that these are great. The fit goes all the way back so if you have issues with leaking from the back it's good.

Don't have any real bladder leakage but it does make me feel more confident knowing that I am dry and won't become rubbed raw due to any urine that would stay on my skin and irritate my delicate tissues.

My 12 hour poise pad actually stayed right in place; very comfortable, barely knew it was there, and kept me dry. I am a Poise faithful customer now. Thank you. I definitely recommend

The old design was very dependable. I never needed to worry about embarrassing mishaps. However, the new design is not reliable. The pads leak on the sides and do not seem as absorbent. I worry about having accidents and need to change pads more often.
