[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a sample. The pads actually, contour to my body better. While they aren't as absorbent, they fit better! Therefore it's easier for me to sleep move and clean up. I use two at a time. One as you would and the other I afix to the back of my panty lengthwise (Think of a T shape) This also allows me to sleep on my side without too many leaks. I bought this size to save some money during a harder month (there was a coupon) but it will replace the night full absorbency product for me because it works better. I guess that is why they are often called "personal care products. They were very comfortable, didn’t feel big and thick like a normal period pad, they absorbed instantly and still felt dry. I will 100% recommend these to anyone needing the protection.

Sometimes the urge hits and I normally wouldn’t be able to make it to the restroom. The long length is just the right size for me. And the odor control is especially helpful.

They are comfortable to wear and they feel fresh. The maximum absorbency is good for overnight. It’s just a tad bulky to wear for daytime. But it breathes well, keeps you fresh and keeps odor away. I highly recommend.

I did not notice any shifting, despite being out and about and walking and moving around for at least 6+ hours a day. It didn't feel like I was wearing a diaper and it kept my skin fairly dry until I had a chance to change. I did notice slight leaks but it could have definitely been worse. I'd recommend these.

The only downside is there no wings to help keep it in place. It will help when out for extended periods of time without access to restroom or place to change.

A 5 drop pad absorbs a lot. The shape of the pad is good; despite its thickness, it does not interfere with wearing.
