I too have a special needs teenage son who will never be trained and find that the huggies l-xl fit as of right now. The only problem is that they are not heavy enough for over nights and I end up washing his bed sheets every morning. Wish they had more thickness to them. Also, hope you make a larger size when he out grows these.

I had all but given up and decided it must be my fate to wash bedding daily and hear the rattle of a plastic mattress cover through the night. Then these actually worked, no leaks. I'm not sure if they would hold up until morning if my child did not wake after accidents fairly quickly due to being uncomfortable with a wet diaper, but it served it's purpose with us. I even removed the mattress cover which makes him sleep so much better!

I am 24 male and have been dealing with incontinence for the last couple years. I have been looking for a new pull-up to wear for working out ever since Alyne (actually the best pull-ups I have ever worn) went Out of business in November, so frustrating! I had been using depend real fit for a few months. They worked fine but the pad kind of starts clumping after a bit, they would also leak some times when doing side planks or other stuff on my side. After Stumbling across the new XL size, I grabbed a 9 pack at Walgreens. These are a touch Small for me in raise to properly fit but this actually is nice for working out as it provides a little extra support and a little less worry of the waist band peeking out! I have had no leaks in the position that gave me trouble with depends; the pad also seams more durable; they seem about as absorbent as depends. These new Goodnites are exactly what I needed! PS: A message to Kimberly-Clark why do you not make a version of depends with standing leakgards or similar construction to goodnites? I feel like if you put those things on depends you might rid of a lot of the complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been buying them all along since their release for my older son, but I’m wondering if Kimberly Clark has silently made some improvements. The fit is excellent. Older kiddos, like my teen son who wet during sleep, needed a larger product. We were using the XL, but they were a little short, and starting to get tight. These have excellent stretch and are taller. They really did a superb job. They feel very soft on the outside, and my son says they’re very comfortable. My son and I both agree in terms of design, it’s lacking. I get that KC doesn’t want to make a product for teens/young adults babyish, and I’m not saying put Mickey Mouse on them, but they look a little too much like Depends. Maybe that will change later. Early on when these came out, we were having problems with leaks, probably 2 to 3 times a week, so we started using a booster pad inside them. The sample pack has been amazing - no leaks at all with no booster in them, even with up to 95% used. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall Goodnights make a good, quality product. Now just in a larger size. Its absorbent and we haven't seen any leaking or issues. Over all they make a quality product. Granted, they are pull ups. So dont expect multiple uses. If someone does urinate a lot during sleep, a brief with tabs would be better. But for light incontinence during sleep, it is a product I would suggest for any parent who's child has issues. Even at this size its not a bad product even for an adult. Much better than some other brands, such as Depends.

I started purchasing these when my son was about 7 months. The pamper and huggies brand overnight diapers, just did not keep him dry and would wake up with a wet crib. A store worker suggested these, but didn’t have experience with them. I hesitated but gave them a shot. The next morning came, and he was dry! The diaper was wet but it didn’t leak through! Every now and then it wets through, but that’s when he drinks a ton before bed. He is now 2 and still buy them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the sizing on the Goodnites XXL, it was comfortable and had a nice stretch that didn’t feel too tight. But I was honestly disappointed with the absorbency. It started leaking after just one full pee, which kind of defeats the purpose. I was hoping for something that could hold a bit more, especially for overnight use. Good for light accidents, but not reliable for heavier wetting.

A problem I saw was how the landing zone is still too high to be effective. If anything, the zone for Girl’s version would work better in this range. Overall, out of 8 goodnites, we saw two leaks due to the gap and potential placement of the landing zone and core.

As your child continues to grow it's great to know that there is a product out there to help protect them from wet sheets. The new Goodnites xxl are taller and overall larger and allow for a better fit for your larger child

It makes everything so much easier.
