[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall they are a good quality but they fit on the smaller side and depending on how much the child pees at night they don't always hold up all night long so keep that in mind when you use them on your child you might want to put a bed pad under them just in case.

I am 15 and autistic and weigh 137lbs am 5"10 i am not comfortable talking about this but i want to give my advice. I use XL and they work okay. But the back seems a little low. I googled why and supposedly it is for being discreet and average height is 5"9'? At my school i am below average height. Its uncomfortable where it feels like its falling down too low when i sit or curl up in bed and keep pulling them back up. Would like if they were a bit higher and some actual design. It makes me feel less important because the smaller ones have work and money put into the art. Teens like anime. that would be cool. Thank you.

My son has ADD, and uses these at night time. He is a little older than the age previously posted. Still waiting for him to "out-grow" this?! :o) Please make larger product (XXL). Have been using these for several years and have protected his bed wonderfully. Thank-you.

I really like the fit of these bedtime pants. They kinda look like pull ups but for my son who has a small waist but is tall and has some weight this fits just right. We usually have to wear underwear on top when using another brand but we didn't have to with this. He likes the feel of this better than our regular one as well and we haven't had any accidents or leaks using this. The front part with extra protection works too!

Hopefully he will grow out of them soon but for now Goodnites is helping restore his confidence. Will definitely purchase again and highly recommend.

Fortunately for me, he -- while 13 years old-- still can wear the size "ex Large" however, it no longer holds the amount of urine a 13 year old puts out. HOWEVER, Pampers has Underjams and guess what? THEY DO!!! Cheaper, sorry GoodNites,I've spent a TON of money on your products but washing sheets several times per night gets old really fast. I do though purchase the bed pads which I LOVE! But the Underjames beat GoodNites by a long shot..............

They fit well without being bulky under clothing, which makes them easy to wear day or night with confidence. The protection is solid—leaks are very minimal, and the coverage feels secure. I also like that they offer some design options, but I’d love to see more variety—especially fun superhero patterns to make them feel less clinical and more personalized. The fit is great overall, but if I could change one thing, it would be for them to be a little thicker for added absorbency and peace of mind. Overall, Goodnites XXL are a great choice for comfort, fit, and protection—just a couple of small tweaks (thicker padding and more creative designs) would make them even better.

My son wasn't ashamed of having them on at his aunts house when he spent the night. This things are a game changer my son has server sleep apnea. There's are the first ones he wasn't embarrassed to wear you can't notice them when he has his pj's on and it's the first time his bed was completely dry. I am definitely changing to use these . My 5-year-old son is a "big drinker". We have to reduce his liquid intake starting 2 hours before bedtime. Even so, he occasionally leaks through his Goodnites, usually because he drank a cup of water before bed or something like that. The leaks happened maybe once a week or so. Because of this, we decided to try other brands in the hopes that one would eliminate the leaks. Boy, was that a mistake!! With nearly every other brand, including store brands, we were washing his bedding almost every day. What busy parent has time for that?? We switched back to Goodnites and now we're back to the occasional leak, and happy that it doesn't happen every day. And my son LOVES the superhero designs.

He says they feel like normal underwear and are thin so they aren't noticed when they are worn. Even though they are thin they are quite absorbent and have not had issues with leakage as of yet.
