We have used goodnights for years. My son has Autism, and wakes up wet every morning. Sadly, even when wearing goodnights, I still have to change the bed every morning. My son will be 12 soon - he is NOT a big kid ( 63 lbs., 22" waist), but the xl size is already getting small. As has been stated by many people, a larger, greater capacity size is definitely needed.

Mom's help is no longer wanted and is even frowned upon ;( but they have no quarrels when it comes to cleaning their rooms, doing their laundry, and changing their sheets. It is a strange dichotomy where I help them quietly in the background while also giving them the sense of independence. When it comes to bedwetting, they have their own routines, which rarely, if ever, are discussed anymore. The one thing I am involved in, is ensuring they have what they need to keep themselves comfortable and dry. We've used goodnites for many years and the fact that KC is adding new sizes shows their consideration for families like mine! I was surprisingly able to squeeze out some feedback from my boys as I told them they were "beta testers." Amid the groaning, they said XXL sizing feels and fits better than the XLs they currently wear. Well done!!!

My son is 18 and has a rare, degenerative disease that causes multiple disabilities. He has been wearing the L/XL for years, but I have been searching for a slightly larger brief that works for him. After trying more than a half-dozen brands through our DME provider, we are back to GoodNites, because no product performs and fits as well. The only disadvantage is that no DME provider will supply them through our insurance, so we pay for them out of pocket. Please consider seeking contracts with local DME providers for those of us who have children with complex medical and special needs. Your product is wonderful, but not being able to get it funded through insurance can be a huge burden on families.

The overall higher rise of the underwear and the longer absorbent padding gives more protection and improved his confidence of not leaking. The fit is perfect with plenty of room to grow into. Just got some of the new goodnites, and I love them. I don't have to worry about them falling off or stretching. For those of us with a small frame there great I'm so happy with the new ones, I hope they stay this way. I did not like the extra strech because they would fall off. Now there nice and tight, and cover better.

My son has a seizure disorder and his nighttime medicine really knocks him out. By being able to use Goodnights, even when he is having a sleep over, he feels like all the other kids, and this is such a good feeling. When I showed this to my 10 year old daughter, she was hesitant to try it. But when she wore it she said it doesnt feel like she's wearing a diaper, very comfortable. She peed that night, still dry the next day.

He thought he was the coolest boy around. Having accidents in bed made him feel so bad. Him waking up in the morning and having slept all night with no accidents made him so proud. I've never seen him so happy. He can now go for sleepovers and not have to worry about having a accident at a friend's home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For those of us with a teen or young adult on the autism spectrum, having an excellent disposable pull-up diaper isn't just a matter of minor inconveniences... it's a major quality-of-life issue. To that point, Goodnites XXLs are a godsend with the best fit and absorbency on the market. For those with kids like ours, night time protection is one half of the equation. These seem to absorb almost twice as much as the XLs, so even a big drink before bed causes no issues. The leak guards are tall and snug to prevent side sleeping leaks. The other half of that equation is what's not advertised... daytime use. Our son is daytime trained, but sensory issues with public restrooms will often necessitate he go to the bathroom in his brief. Bowel issues are also common to kids on the spectrum. Neither full bladder voids nor upset tummy bowel movements are any match for Goodnites, containment is excellent. We're so thankful to Kimberly Clark for the new XXL size!
