4 stars because I noticed a little bit of fus on skin, but easy wipe off. It holds a cold night's amount without spill. Also it stetches for comfortable use.

A must for our autistic grandson. His teachers and van driver require he use them even though he wears regular boxer briefs at our house and at his home.

Saying that they're leak free but it is not true , for my 2 year old we use them for overnight and every time in the morning his clothes are always wet so i'm not going to purchase them again.
