Having a daughter who is on the more severe side of the Spectrum and with Down syndrome I love this product. This product is used all day and night. I send them to school with her too. I can honestly say, they help me save on laundry and keep her mattress dry. We love them! We use the overnight/long!

There's always been some sort of stigma or shame about needing leakage help. Not any longer. I now feel confident going to the store to buy Poise liners or pads. They are super comfortable and they work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comfort is very important to me. Poise liners are very comfortable. I felt "safe" while wearing them without having to be aware of wearing them once they are in place. Also discreet, as no one else is aware that I am wearing them.

I am disappointed with this product. I'm a bit older and experience minor bladder leakage, so I tried both the super thin panty liner and this somewhat thicker liner. The super thin liner was insufficient as a liner and reminded me of the liners swimwear manufacturers occasionally stick on new suits before shipping to retailers. As for the regular liner, I have experienced several occurrences of the top layer of material tearing away from the pad. I don't know why but it did. I also find the liner to be a bit too thick and irritating. There is also too much packaging. You could do away with the individual pink plastic wrappers which are not very environmentally friendly and are unnecessary.

I am so disappointed in the current liner product. I have used Poise liners for over 10 yrs. All of a sudden, I can't find the Long version in more than one store I've looked for them. And the adhesive on the backing of the liner sticks to my underwear. I can't peal it off, it won't come off in the washer. I've ruined 3 prs. of underwear. My first opportunity to find another product brand, I will. I see alot of other ladies are dissatisfied as well. I hope Poise pays attention. Why mess with what works??!! I took a trip over the weekend and found some of the older version in my makeup kit. They work just fine!! They last all day and don't bunch up because they are the long version and fit well.

Noticed with the last package that they were scrunching up (width-wise) and the parts without adhesive were folding over as a result, and partially covering the absorbent part. I was finding wet underwear around the leg opening, whereas I had not in the past with these. I was thinking that something had changed with these. What was wrong? Then when I went to buy another package, I noticed the "new thinner" notice on the package. Sure enough, it was also on the package I was using. So, that was the change. They are not working well for me now. I am not happy with the "improvement". Absorbency is OK, but, now they are too thin so they scrunch up, leaving underwear not protected. I almost did as well with the micro-liners. Not pleased to have to step up to a higher level of protection or look for another product, when these have worked very well for me for several years. I would like to see the adhesive on the entire pad, also, not just down the center. That is one thing I liked with the Always liners I used prior to switching to Poise. Before the change, I would have given these 5 stars.

No worries on sweaty yard work as it maintained its adhesive and shape. No chaffing or irritation#s#. Very absorbent. Not bulky, comfortable to wear. Fit well, not oversized or past underwear seams. Not "noisy" from plastics, etc. I was VERY pleased. Reasonably priced as it didn't fail to deliver, and, in fact, exceeded my expectations. I expected to have at least one issue #or another# and had none whatsoever! I'm glad I requested the free sample.
