Once liquid is in the linner it stays in, No leaks.I would recommend this product to women on the go, because the thickest liner will even fit in your pocket, then expand when you need it to. Dear Poise, I have used this product for years. I buy them by the box. The last few boxes I purchased seem to be thinner through the middle section because in the past I never had any leakage but now get it almost every time (off the sides). Additionally, when removing the liners I have torn holes in my underwear (in the front) trying to get the adhesive off. Is this caused by changes in the product? I'm looking for an alternative to what was once my perfect answer to being able to be on the go worry free.

I have them in my bathroom and I noticed them coming up missing found out my teenage granddaughters were using them, when I explained what they were for they said I don't care they work good. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use two Poise products. The liners are perfect for every day use, "just in case." I've come to know and anticipate the circumstances under which I need a bit more (gardening, a full day away from home, etc.) and then I use the ultra thin pads. I always carry a small supply in my purse for those surprise events (slipping on the ice last winter and falling!!!), and ALWAYS pack them in my luggage when traveling. They are as important as my lipstick! And they are the best product of any I have tried, and I have tried them all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I'm certainly not thrilled with having to wear a liner/pad regularly, I can tell you this. I've tried everything labeled for bladder leakage and even those not labeled for bladder leakage, but I keep going back to the Poise brand! Poise liners are wonderful! If you have a light leakage, you just can't go wrong with the micro-liner that Poise puts out (Long Length, of course). Most of the time, I don't even know that I'm wearing one. It's that confortable. As far as the pads go, I'll usually wear one if I'm traveling and/or if I'm going to be very active. You just can't beat either. So as for my VOTE here in South Carolina, I vote Poise Brand #1.
