There are multiple sizes to ensure that you have the right fit. They are made for incontinence but they are also very good for menstruation due to the high absorbency. I recommend these for women of any age.

Was I surprised to find they were thin, comfortable, absorbent and stayed in place. I didn't even know I had it on. It is so nice to not have damp panties.

It is softer and more flexible than the liner. Do you have a liner that is longer to cover the front and back?

I really appreciate the way the individual pad is not packaged in plastic. It’s in a light mesh feeling wrapper. These are super convenient and the right size for a small purse or wristlet
